Important notes for going to sea:
1. Party B's vessel shall be prepared before the scheduled time and, under normal circumstances, can depart on time. However, if Party B's vessel cannot depart on time due to peak rental periods or mechanical failure, Party B shall resolve the issue within 30 minutes. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, Party A has the right to decide whether to cancel the departure. In such cases, the fees will be fully refunded to Party A, and Party B shall not be liable for any compensation.
2. The boarding time deviation must not exceed half an hour before or after the scheduled time. Any time beyond this will be calculated as half an hour of the booked sailing time (special circumstances can be resolved through negotiation with the supplier).
III. In the following situations that prevent normal departure, a full refund will be issued, or the departure time can be rescheduled through negotiation.
1. Sea visibility less than 1 km;
2. Severe weather on the day of departure, such as typhoons, thunderstorms, heavy rain, lightning, etc.
3. Maritime departments and relevant national government authorities have issued notices prohibiting going out to sea, etc.
Overseas Statement
1. The traveler confirms being a healthy adult with full civil capacity, voluntarily paying for the yacht excursion.
II. During this trip, if travelers fail to follow the safety instructions of the club's responsible personnel, resulting in any personal or property loss, or causing personal or property infringement to a third party, the travelers recognized by law shall bear the losses and compensation results themselves.
III. During this sea excursion, if a traveler's personal actions lead to personal or property loss, or cause personal or property infringement to a third party, the losses and compensation results shall be borne by the party legally determined to be responsible.
4. The club shall not be liable for any legal responsibilities or related expenses arising from accidental injuries, deaths, or personal economic losses caused by damage or loss of personal belongings, conflicts with others, acute illnesses, accidents, etc., that travelers may experience before, during, or after participating in offshore activities.
5. During the sea outing, if travelers fail to inform the club of their true physical condition and accidents or incidents occur, the responsibility shall be solely borne by the travelers themselves.
6. Before going out to sea, the traveler's person in charge must provide their real name + phone number (as well as an emergency contact number) and sign the "Safety Disclaimer Agreement." The club assumes no legal, economic, or any joint liability.
7. Once on board, travelers must follow the staff's instructions. Seniors over 60 years old and children under 15 must be accompanied by a designated caregiver. The responsibility for any accidents such as falls or collisions on the boat lies solely with the individuals involved.
8. People with acute illnesses such as heart disease, high blood pressure, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, and pregnant women are prohibited from taking yachts out to sea.
9. Travelers are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities such as pornography/drug use during the sea excursion. Violators will be reported to the police and bear full responsibility, with no liability to the club.
10. If travelers do not report any issues before boarding the yacht and heading out to sea, the company will not be responsible for any issues raised after returning from the sea.
