
If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please notify us and receive confirmation at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise no full refund will be given.
Please carry your passport, boarding pass, and other important personal items with you.
If your baggage does not meet legal requirements, baggage transportation services will not be provided even if the booking is successful. All losses, related legal liabilities, and consequences incurred must be borne by the customer.
Please check your baggage upon collection. If you find any issues, take photos and contact customer support. Once you confirm receipt of your baggage, the service will be considered complete, and the activity organizer will no longer be responsible.
Baggage insurance covers expenses related to delays, loss, and damage, but excludes costs such as baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodation, or flight tickets.
