He bought pizza and water, made sure I was always comfortable, safe, and well taken care of, and he was incredibly patient at all times. At every stop, he waited for me without rushing, always with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. He also made a point of helping me speak Portuguese, which made our communication much easier and more enjoyable.
