Very happy that they managed to secure the tickets for the cable car to head up to the highest platform for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We managed to experience the climb up to highest platform at 4680m while enjoying the stunning snow peaks. Blue Moon Valley was also exceptionally beautiful and scenic with many photo spots. Our Tour guide and driver were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the sharing by our Chinese tour guide 杨导. We overstayed at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley, and ran out of time to visit Shuhe Ancient Village but we were fine as we had already accomplished what we really wanted to see, the former two. While there were some misunderstanding on the provision of oxygen canisters, the tour agency (iMemory Trip) was fast to rectify it and refunded us what was paid. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

After payment, a wechat was formed informing us of our itinerary. Closer to the date, the driver was added and the pickup time was confirmed. I like it that there are always someone around if we needed answers. On the actual day, pickup was on schedule and the driver was very friendly. When requested to change the dropoff to another location after all the activities ended, the driver was also obliging. We appreciated the smooth run of the whole trip. Thanks!★

Luckily, Queenstown was blessed with a rare sunny day (starting tomorrow, it'll rain for at least ten days straight), so at 11 PM last night, we suddenly decided to scrap our original plans for the Fiordland Islands and start booking helicopter tickets to the snowy mountains. Fortunately, we found a super reliable agent, and after much trouble, we finally secured a spot on this morning's newly added helicopter flight. However, this morning, as we arrived at the agreed pick-up point and waited for the minibus to pick us up, we received a call saying the flight had been canceled due to insufficient passengers. Fortunately, after negotiating with the airline, the flight was rescheduled for this afternoon. I spent the entire morning and afternoon feeling anxious. The itinerary wasn't officially confirmed until an hour before departure, and the agent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, helping to communicate with the airline. Finally, we were lucky enough to board the last helicopter of the day—all that perseverance and patience paid off!★

A very good and convenient tour! The tour guide 张云孙 Zhang Yun-sun was amazing, I don’t speak Chinese so he was very helpful with me, he was looking for me and using the traductor to help me to understand! The price is very good because you can go to all the places in a very convenient car, also the timing of the intinerary is very good. In fact, my tour group was a little bit slow than it was expected and he changed everything for our group and wait for us to be more convenient. He is a really nice guy and I really recommend this, it’s very safe and convenient for any kind of travelers, mostly for the solo travelers!!! Highly recommend!!! ✨✨🙌🏻
