After a successful reservation, please bring the valid identification you have reserved and the screenshot of the text message in the order details to the manual window of the scenic area to exchange for a paper ticket and then enter to watch the performance.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
