How to use
You only need to provide the name used during booking + the electronic boarding pass to board the ferry. If you encounter any issues with redemption or cannot find the redemption counter at the pier, please contact customer support immediately. Please arrive at Hong Kong North Point (East) Ferry Pier at least 15 minutes in advance, as latecomers will not be accommodated. (Near Exit A1 of North Point Station on the Island Line). Due to heavy passenger traffic on the day, there may be transportation controls, so it is recommended to arrive near the arrival pier 2 hours early.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
The Marine Department now requires all passengers participating in the New Year's Eve fireworks cruise to provide personal details for verification of passenger safety when necessary. (Children aged 2 or below must also provide personal information)

For safety reasons, children aged 12 or under must wear life jackets throughout all onboard activities. Passengers who fail to comply with this requirement will be considered in violation of Marine Department regulations. Harbour Cruise - Bauhinia reserves the right to deny boarding or request passengers to disembark.
The personal information of all individuals on the list is used to ensure authorities can take timely action in case of emergencies to rescue everyone on board. The list is valid for a single voyage only and will be destroyed by the captain one day after the voyage ends (February 19, 2026).
