• Pack your luggage carefully the night before to ensure no important items are missed. Check that all necessary documents (ID, passport, etc.), electronic devices (phone, camera, charger, etc.), and travel documents (flight ticket itinerary, hotel reservation information, etc.) are properly packed.
• Familiarize yourself with the baggage check-in and carry-on regulations of your airline, including weight limits, size requirements, and the list of prohibited items. Avoid unnecessary inconveniences and additional fees caused by overweight baggage or carrying restricted items. For items with special requirements such as liquids and power banks, strictly follow the packaging and carrying regulations.
• Please ensure all your belongings are properly packed and carried to avoid any inconvenience caused by leaving items behind.
• Please check out before 14:00 Beijing Time. Any additional fees incurred due to late check-out will be at your own expense. (Be sure to double-check your belongings before leaving the hotel to avoid forgetting anything!)

Based on our past experience, we would like to remind all visitors that the Altay/Kanas Hemu region experiences frequent snowfall every winter. If temporary traffic control measures are implemented due to weather conditions, vehicle access may be restricted, potentially affecting travel plans. Additionally, in rare cases, force majeure disasters such as avalanches may occur. We need to clearly explain in advance the allocation of additional costs caused by force majeure to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings should similar incidents arise.

If you can go up the mountain:

• 1. Adjust the itinerary order in advance based on weather conditions (only the sequence will be changed without affecting any attractions)
• 2. If unavoidable, adjust your route according to real-time traffic police notifications

If you are temporarily unable to go up the mountain:

• 1. Abandon the Kanas Hemu itinerary and consider alternative options (A/B): A: Visit surrounding attractions in Altay, such as General Mountain; B: Wait in Burqin or explore nearby attractions until traffic police notify permission to ascend. No refunds will be issued during the waiting period. Our agency will make flexible adjustments based on real-time winter road conditions and traffic police notifications.
• 2. Unclear passage time requires waiting:
• Scenario 1: If vehicles ascending the mountain reach the Burqin checkpoint and traffic police inform them that heavy snowfall has caused road closures for snow clearance, we will queue at the checkpoint if a clear reopening time is provided. If it is confirmed that passage is impossible that day, the itinerary will be adjusted to arrange accommodation at a Burqin hotel while keeping the duration and costs unchanged.
• Scenario 2: If the road closure duration is extended, visitors may choose to end their trip early and receive a refund for unused services, or switch to alternative routes. Our agency will provide alternative options.
