The moisture content and aromatic composition of the fresh leaves in the afternoon differed slightly from those in the morning, laying the groundwork for understanding the subsequent processing. The aroma is pure and high-pitched, a signature chestnut fragrance, direct and bright. The taste is characterized by its extremely high freshness and crispness. Compared to the "First Pick," its flavor richness, complex aroma layers, and lingering sweetness are somewhat lacking, reflecting the inherent "advantages and disadvantages" of this superior variety. Longjing Red: Breaking free from the framework of green tea, it demonstrates how processing reshapes flavor.
