How to use

Boarding Location (Pier): Select your boarding point, either:

- Siam Charoennakhon Cafe (Free Parking)

- Sathorn Pier (Saphan Taksin BTS station)

- Check-in Time: At least 30 minutes before departure to choose your preferred seat and complete boarding procedures.

Drop-off Location (Pier): Select your drop-off point, either:

- Same as boarding pier (unless otherwise stated)

- Time: arrival time at the pier based on package

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Please present your Confirmation Email and E-Ticket upon arrival at the check-in point.

- Search for “Thai Go” in your email inbox to find the Confirmation Email.

- The E-Ticket is attached as a file named “Ticket.”

Tip: Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to complete check‑in and choose your seating as per your package inclusions.
