Christina was a wonderful guide that let us tour at our own pace, but was always available to help when needed. We were able to see the Wall in both the day and at night so it was a very unique experience! The town was also well decorated for the coming Lunar New Years celebration so it was very fun to walk through the town.

This was a pleasant experience. The entire itinerary was well-planned, rich in content, and also catered to the special needs of us seniors. The customer service team responded quickly and resolved issues promptly. In particular, our driver, Mr. Boy, performed exceptionally well. He arrived on time to greet us, demonstrated skillful driving, drove efficiently along the route, and provided professional and attentive service at the attractions. Especially when we forgot something in the car, the driver and platform customer service proactively informed us and offered to personally deliver it to our hotel. We were truly touched. Thank you! We were picked up on time and arrived at the location smoothly. We booked a plan for both small and large tigers, and were told at reception that there would be a one-hour wait and an one-and-a-half-hour wait, respectively. However, once we entered the tiger zone, there was almost no wait time and we were able to interact with them, and we left the facility in about an hour in total. The system is a mystery, but the tigers were relaxed and the staff were very kind to them, which was nice. We also got to see the tiny tigers up close, and they were incredibly cute, so we'd like to book that option next time.

The show was fantastic! Complex, engaging numbers, a compelling storyline, and a constant dynamic. The QR code and seat assignments were sent to WeChat two hours before the show, as stated in the description. We asked for WeChat or WhatsApp contact information in advance, and the seats were very conveniently located. Many thanks to the vendor!
