You can find the meeting point by simply searching for the latitude and longitude coordinates on Google Maps. There will be one bus; excluding guided tours, you'll have approximately 2.5 hours of free time. That's plenty of time.

In European winters, it gets dark early; it's already dim by 4 pm. Therefore, it was a real shame that by the time we reached the Leaning Tower of Pisa, it wasn't ideal for taking photos, and we couldn't get the perfect shot of someone holding onto the tower with their hands. The rest of the trip was excellent.

Fantastic tour! The lady was marvelous she was Italian argentinian. very sweet with a lot of knowledge of the city history. She was very patient with us.

The service upon arrival was good. There are two identical shops with the same name for the meeting point; I had to dial to realize we were in the wrong one, and they waited for us to arrive. Upon arrival, we were informed that the guide we had paid for wouldn't be coming and that we would only receive tickets to skip the line. As compensation, they offered us tickets to the baptistery and the crypts, but since we didn't have time, we requested a refund. We haven't received the refund yet, but we expect it to be processed soon. The service was adequate and understanding; I just wish they had notified us sooner about the guide's cancellation.


