Please present and redeem your smartphone ticket with one of the Central Park Bike Tours cashiers at 203 West 58th street.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour's start time
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:58 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
One form of photo ID is required as a security deposit.
You must be aged 16+ to ride an electric vehicle; parents can sign a waiver for children under that age if the child is able to ride it safely.
