Venue Address: 5 Campbell Lane
Show your smartphone ticket at the ticket counter
Please bring a valid ID / student ID for reduced tickets
Last admission: 30 minutes before closing
Video recording or flash photography not allowed
On public holidays, the Sunday opening hours apply
Free for kids under 7, Singapore citizens & residents & 1 carer per disabled visitor, no ticket required
Reduced tickets on-site for families (max 5 visitors) & disabled visitors
Guided Tours of the Permanent Gallery:
English: Tuesday - Friday at 11:00; Saturday & Sunday at 14:00
Tamil: every 1st Saturday of the month at 15:00
Mandarin: every 2nd Saturday of the month at 14:30
No eating or drinking in the museum.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:58 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
