If you booked the “Meet at Halong International Cruise Port” option, please arrive at Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City by 09:00 for check-in, as boarding closes at 09:00

If you booked the “With Hanoi Pickup” option, please be ready at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel lobby by 05:30 - 05:45

Pickup is only available within the Old Quarter. Guests outside this area must meet at the Hanoi Opera House (05:45)

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:58 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
