1. [ID] Please bring your original ID/passport for boarding.
2. [Age Restrictions] Seniors aged 60 and above and children under 10 must be accompanied by adults when boarding the yacht, with the adults responsible for supervising the seniors and children; seniors aged 70 and above cannot be accommodated.
3. [Physical Requirements] Travelers with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, infectious diseases, or other conditions that may affect yacht safety, as well as pregnant women and those prone to severe seasickness, are not permitted to board the yacht. If travelers conceal the above conditions and accidents occur during the voyage, they will bear the consequences themselves.
4. [Dress Code] Please change into the slippers we have prepared for you before boarding the yacht; as it can get windy at sea during the evening, passengers who feel cold easily may bring their own jackets.
5. [Smoking Prohibited] Smoking is strictly prohibited on the dock and inside the yacht cabin.
6. [Strictly No Pets] Dogs, cats, and other pets are strictly prohibited on the yacht.
7. [Standard Operation] Do not touch any navigation instruments on the yacht such as the helm station, and do not operate the vessel without permission.
8. [Backup Medication] If you experience mild seasickness, please take motion sickness medication or apply motion sickness patches in advance to prevent discomfort during the voyage.
9. [Cancellation & Changes] If the return is due to the passenger's own reasons, fees will not be refunded. If the cancellation is due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or maritime traffic control, free cancellation or changes are allowed, but additional losses will not be covered. We appreciate your understanding.
