What's included
1. 2-night 3-star hotel accommodation with breakfast in Kathmandu. (2/1) room;
2. Three nights' accommodation at a 3-star hotel in Pokhara. (2/1) room;
3. Hotel accommodation during the hiking trip;
4. All modes of transport: shared jeep/bus;
5. Round-trip bus rental between Kathmandu and Pokhara;
6. 1 guide and 2 porters (1 porter per 2 hikers, each porter carries 20-22 kg for 2 people);
7. Documents, national park entry permits, and TIMS permits;
8. Arrange emergency helicopter services, with the cost covered by your travel insurance company.
9. Sleeping bag, down jacket, and luggage bag - if necessary (to be returned after the hike).
1. Nepal entry visa fee (visas can be easily issued upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu);
2. All meals in Kathmandu (excluding breakfast);
3. All meals in Pokhara except breakfast;
All meals on the mountain.
5. Personal Overseas Travel Insurance;
6. Your personal expenses (phone calls, laundry services, etc.);
All bar items including cola, beer, bottled water, etc. are charged separately.
8. All meals (excluding welcome dinners and breakfasts in Kathmandu and Pokhara);
9. Gratuities for porters during the hike, $5 per person per day.
How to use
After booking, our staff will contact you by phone to confirm your itinerary, send the location details, and provide the contact information for on-site personnel. Please ensure the mobile number you provided is correct and remains reachable.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
