▲ National Museum of Serbia: Located at Republic Square in Stari Grad, founded in 1844, it is Serbia's oldest museum. The museum houses over 400,000 artifacts, including Neolithic relics, ancient Greek and Roman artifacts, the 12th-century Miroslav Gospel, ancient Egyptian mummies, as well as paintings by Serbian and foreign artists from the 18th to 20th centuries.
