Aylee was an absolutely fantastic guide. She did a great job of sharing Vincent’s personal story and how this translated into his paintings. Vincent has never been one of my favourite artists but Aylee showed me a side to him I did not know. The exhibition of his work is fantastic- a must see if you are in Amsterdam and so much better for having a guide. Thank you Aylee!★

Seeing the colors and brush work utilized by the artist, Van Gogh. The museum’s large and imposing but the smaller rooms make it more intimate. The way the artist’s works were organized to easily see his artistic progression. Our guide helped us connect with the emotions and intensity of his life. Our guide was wonderful, with great stories and mysteries of Van Gogh’s tragically short life. It is a long and tiring process of viewing, but so revealing and informative. Exceeded my expectations - as I am not much of a museum lover.Trip.com Picks
