How to use
Please first install the HONG KONG FunPASS app, then sign in with your redemption code in the app to view the product list and usage terms included in the PASS.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- Once any product or gift in the combo ticket has been redeemed, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
- Operating hours are subject to the attractions and shops, please confirm the relevant information on the official website before departure.
- This voucher is valid for 14 days. It must be used up within 14 days (including the day of first product use) after any ticket is issued and used. For example: If the first product is activated on January 1, 2024, the latest usage deadline will be January 14, 2024.
- Due to supplier ticket regulations, the children's version cannot be redeemed for the Aqua Luna cruise. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The admission ticket is non-refundable and will not be reissued if lost.
