Travel Pass eligibility
- Free admission for children 100 cm and under in height
- The card cover is for reference only. The actual style is subject to redemption.
- Valid for buses and subways nationwide displaying the "China T-Union" logo
- The physical card is valid indefinitely, but the balance on the card expires after 366 days. If there are no transactions (top-up or card usage) within 366 days, the balance will expire. However, if the card is used or topped up again (with an amount above CNY 1) within 366 days, the balance validity will be extended for another 366 days.
- Minor imperfections such as small blemishes, black spots, pinholes, uneven surfaces, scratches, or slight color variations on physical cards are unavoidable. Refund requests based on these reasons will not be accepted.
- The transport card comes pre-topped up. For subsequent top-ups, you can visit manual service counters or self-service machines at bus or subway stations nationwide.
- To increase the top-up amount, you can make a separate payment when picking up at the collection point.
