• Due to heavy passenger traffic on the day of travel, there will be traffic control measures in place. We recommend arriving near the pier 2 hours in advance. Please arrive at Central Pier No. 9 between 17:00-17:30 for registration (late arrivals will not be accommodated). Guests will be responsible for any missed departures resulting from going to the wrong pier or failing to arrive early due to personal reasons.
• The registration desk stops accepting registrations at 17:30. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and guests will be responsible for any resulting consequences.
• Boarding gate closes at 18:00 sharp. Latecomers will not be accommodated, and guests will bear full responsibility for any delays.
• Please arrive on time at the registration counter at Central Pier 9 for check-in. Latecomers will not receive additional notifications and no refunds will be issued.
• Infants and children are also counted as passengers.
• This activity is not recommended for wheelchair users.
• This activity does not provide child seats.
• Passengers are not allowed to bring any animals on board.
• This product is automatically confirmed by the system. In case of full capacity on the day, our company will contact you to reschedule or cancel, but no additional compensation will be provided.
• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a No. 3 Strong Wind Signal or higher, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, the cruise service will be canceled.
