Safety and Security Guidelines

1. Some activities in the venue are thrilling and exciting. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any other condition that makes intense exercise unsuitable as advised by a doctor, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or affected by medication, please carefully choose activities according to your actual physical condition.

Minors must be accompanied by adults when participating in activities, and seniors are not recommended to engage in thrilling ice and snow activities.

3. Please use the on-site amusement facilities properly and follow the instructions of the staff. Always pay attention to safety during activities (avoid collisions, do not run on ice, prevent slipping, etc.), and do not linger in the stopping or buffer zones of the activities.

4. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following actions:

(1) Engaging in activities beyond the scope of product benefits (including areas, items, etc.), conducting unregistered or unauthorized ski lessons, commercial filming, live streaming, personal peddling, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or any other improper use.

(2) Allowing others to use one's product benefits through methods such as gifting, reselling, or lending.

(3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal, or offensive behavior;

(4) Engaging in behavior that severely disrupts the normal operation of the ski resort or significantly endangers the personal and property safety of others.

(5) Other inappropriate conduct.

In the event of the above circumstances, the ski resort reserves the right to take any or all of the following measures at any time without assuming liability for compensation or breach of contract:

(1) Adding you to the visitor blocklist, including the Guangzhou BONSKI blocklist (you will be denied entry to Guangzhou BONSKI), the BONSKI brand blocklist (you will be denied access to all BONSKI ski resorts and other cooperative ski resorts), and the industry alliance blocklist.

(2) Revoke, invalidate, or freeze your product and benefits, with no extension, deferral, or refund for any unused remaining period/fees.

(3) A penalty fee of 30% of the booking amount will be charged. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further compensation will be pursued.

5. Smoking is prohibited in the ski area (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or any other smoke-producing products). To maintain a pleasant environment, please refrain from smoking in the ski area. Violators will be added to the visitors' blocklist and banned from entering the park for 15 days.

6. Please cooperate with the security check before entry. Do not carry flammable, explosive, or hazardous items, state-controlled instruments, or any items that pose safety risks. Personal selling activities by visitors are prohibited in the ski area, and excessive items are not allowed. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, etc. (excluding baby food) may cause food safety issues, so please consume them before entering.

7. If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur during the operation of the facilities and equipment in the ski resort, they must be shut down for inspection. Some facilities may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, admission ticket extensions or cancellations will not be offered.

8. Due to capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order reasons, the ski resort's operating hours or the availability of activities may be adjusted. Please refer to the actual announcements at the ski resort on the day of your visit.

9. If you experience any discomfort or emergencies during your visit, please seek immediate assistance from on-site staff or call the emergency number at 020-66838071.

10. Please observe and comply with all contents of this "Ski Resort Notice," including on-site activity instructions, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs, loudspeaker announcements, and other safety guidelines. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms. You will be held responsible for any harm caused to yourself or others due to your own actions.

11. The "ski resort" mentioned and applicable in this product refers to the Guangzhou BONSKI indoor ski resort operated by "Guangzhou Rongxuan Cultural Tourism Management Co., Ltd."
