- Alcohol or food is prohibited from being brought inside.
- To ensure the rights of other travelers, those with mental illness, infectious skin diseases, or a history of alcohol abuse that may pose a risk to others will not be permitted entry.
- To ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness, it is recommended to use your own exfoliating towel. If you haven't brought one, shared exfoliating towels will be available on-site. New exfoliating towels can also be purchased at the venue if needed.
- ◆During nighttime hours (22:00 - 05:00), minors born in 2007 or later will face usage restrictions without guardian supervision.
- An additional fee will be charged if the stay exceeds 24 hours.
- Please note that losing the key may lead to theft. Valuable items must be stored at the front desk. We are not responsible for any loss or theft caused by personal negligence. A compensation fee of KRW 20,000 will be charged for lost keys.
- For large luggage that cannot be stored in lockers, please check it in at the counter and obtain a confirmation slip, then place the luggage in the designated area.
- Our luggage storage service allows you to deposit large items like suitcases before entering the venue and retrieve them upon departure. Enjoy 24-hr storage starting from payment - feel free to store your belongings anytime and pick them up within the remaining period! ※ If you plan to use the sauna facilities without leaving the venue, purchasing luggage storage is unnecessary. Complimentary storage will be provided during your sauna session.
- [Cleaning Hours] The men's bath cleaning time is from 00:30 to 01:30, and the women's bath cleaning time is from 03:00 to 04:00. Some bath facilities may be temporarily unavailable during these periods.
- 3 hrs of free parking is provided. Please register for free parking at the counter before exiting (KRW 1,500 will be charged for every additional 30 min after the initial 3 hrs).
