Important Notes

• 1. This price is the price per person, one per person. Please purchase according to the number of travelers.
• 2. Children occupy passenger slots. Minors cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult who purchases the ticket.
• Your guide will contact you by 9:00 PM the day before departure. Please keep your phone reachable. If you haven't been contacted by then, please proactively reach out to customer support.
• 4. It is recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to your selected time slot. Please do not be late. If you are unable to listen to the guide due to personal tardiness, it will be considered as your voluntary forfeiture of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• 5. During peak season, weekends, and holidays, the guided tour duration may be adjusted. The specific time will be provided by the guide.
• 10. Please note that the museum is closed on Mondays.

• For safety reasons, travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to join the tour. Thank you for your understanding. [Individual travelers will join group tours; private tours have separate packages, please be aware!]

[Rules for Late Arrival of Individual Tour Participants]

• If the delay is caused by the visitor, the waiting time will be limited to 10 minutes. The guide will not make up for the missed content or extend the tour time. Therefore, visitors must arrive on time on the day of the visit. If late, visitors must enter the attraction on their own to rejoin the group.
