The Python Emerging from the Mountain—a 128m-high stone peak resembling a giant python bursting forth from the mountain, raising its head towards the sky, is the iconic landmark of Mount Sanqing. Rounding the mountain bend, the Goddess of the East sits serenely atop the peak with flowing hair, peacefully guarding the mountain range for millennia.

West Coast - A Stroll Above the Sea of Clouds
After exiting Nanyuan Garden, proceed along the West Coast Boardwalk. This approx. 6 km suspended walkway is built on cliffs at an altitude of 1,600 m, with a bottomless abyss beneath your feet and rolling seas of clouds before your eyes.
Walking on it feels like treading on clouds. The wind blows from the valley, pine branches adorned with morning dew, and sunlight filters through the clouds onto the granite peaks. Every snapshot you take could grace the cover of National Geographic.
Sunshine Coast – Overlooking the mountains with an unobstructed view
This is the premier spot for sunrise viewing. Even if you arrive in the afternoon, you can overlook the rolling mountain ranges and gaze at the distant Yushan Mountain Range stretching across the horizon like a giant screen.
Yujing Peak stands at an elevation of 1819.9 m. Standing here, you'll understand why ancient people called it "the foremost celestial peak under heaven and the unparalleled blessed land on earth."
