Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking.

2. The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.

Ticket issuance staff have a rest period from 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM Beijing time. Urgent bookings will not be accepted during this period, so we recommend making reservations in advance. (Guests using the VIP lounge after 8:00 AM can make purchases as normal, and tickets will be issued immediately after 8:00 AM.)

4. After returning to work, we will normally confirm bookings made during the break period and issue tickets. If no longer needed, please cancel before the booking is confirmed. Uncanceled bookings will proceed with ticket issuance by default and cannot be refunded.

5. The lounge is purchased with real names and cannot be refunded or changed after the ticket is issued. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!
