When you cross the symbolic white painted line of the Arctic Circle in Santa Claus Village, you officially step into the Arctic region. Capture unforgettable moments at this famous photo spot and receive an Arctic Circle certificate as a memento. The day concludes with a delicious buffet lunch, immersing you in the magical journey to Santa Claus Village and the eternal joy of Christmas.
Departure: Depart at 10:00 from Nordic Unique Travels. The departure time will vary depending on the season, availability, and weather conditions. Please arrive 10 mins before the departure time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
We provide transfer service for this experience at the following locations: Santa Claus Holiday Village, Nordic Unique Travels office (Maakuntakatu 29, 96200 Rovaniemi, next to Subway).

1. Free for children aged 0–2. Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please be sure to inform us of the child's age if applicable. Otherwise, all will be treated as adults by default.
2. This activity is not suitable for individuals with other serious medical conditions, limited mobility, or pregnant women.
The legal drinking age in Finland is 18. Please bring valid ID for age verification.
4. The departure time may vary depending on the season and weather conditions. After completing your online booking, please check the email, SMS or phone call from the local operator, which will confirm the exact pick-up & drop-off point(s) and time.
5. Please wear appropriate warm clothing according to the weather on the day of travel. Wear suitable shoes as some waiting areas may be slippery.
6. In case of force majeure or extreme weather conditions, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the activity. Under such circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund. If participants are late or absent, the booking cannot be changed or refunded.

If the minimum group size is not met for join-in activities, or if itinerary changes occur due to force majeure or extreme weather conditions, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the itinerary. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund, with no additional compensation.

10. The vehicle type for transportation: It will be arranged based on the actual number of people. The vehicle is usually arranged as a 5-seat sedan to a minibus. Please do not book if you have concerns.
11. This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants, and a minimum of 4 participants on Sundays and public holidays. Opening hours are from Monday to Saturday. If the minimum group size is not met, you may book another date or request a full refund.
