Please test the SIM card on-site after collection. Make sure it is working properly before leaving the counter. If you encounter any issues, please seek assistance from the counter staff immediately.
1. Can someone else collect the SIM card on my behalf?
No. For security and identity verification purposes, most SIM card collection services require the cardholder to be present in person and present their original identification document.
2. How long does it take for the SIM card to become active after activation?
Activation is usually very quick. New SIM cards typically become active within 10–30 minutes.
We strongly recommend testing the SIM card at the counter and confirming it is working before leaving.
3. What should I do if there is no staff at the collection counter?
Please first try calling any service phone number displayed at the counter. If still cannot find anyone in the counter, please immediately contact the merchant customer service on Trip to report the situation.
4. What if I cannot find the collection counter?
Please refer to the location map and navigation instructions. If you still cannot locate the counter, please ask airport staff for assistance.
