The Kansai Limited Express "HARUKA" is a convenient and comfortable express train that directly connects Kansai Airport with major cities in the Kansai region such as Tennoji and Shin-Osaka.

Departing from Kansai Airport Station, it takes approximately 35 minutes to reach Tennoji, about 50 minutes to Shin-Osaka, and around 80 minutes to Kyoto. Super convenient transportation service.

• This product is only applicable to non-Japanese passport holders with a "temporary stay" visa and is not applicable to non-Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan.
• An adult with a ticket can bring up to two children (aged 0–5) for free, provided they don't occupy a separate seat. A child ticket is required for any additional child from the third one onward.

• This ticket is only valid for the Haruka Limited Express and cannot be used for other limited express trains.
• You can take the Haruka Special Rapid, Rapid, and local trains. The limited express fee for non-reserved seats will not be refunded.

• If you take a train outside the designated route, additional fees will apply.
• To ride in reserved seats or the first-class car (Car No. 1) on the limited express HARUKA, you will need to pay an additional fee.
• When taking vehicles or trains that require a boarding pass or reserved seat ticket, an additional fee must be paid.
• One-time designated seat voucher that requires additional redemption when reserving designated seats at green machines or green windows.
• When the reserved seat frequency is exhausted or if you haven't exchanged a reserved seat ticket in advance, you can directly use the pass to board non-reserved seats.

◆ Redemption Process

• Please present the received confirmation voucher and the passport of the non-Japanese booker to exchange for a physical ticket at designated station ticket machines (green machines) or counters (green window counters).
• You can exchange your ticket at the manual counter in Kansai Airport. After successfully exchanging for a physical ticket, proceed directly to the automatic ticket gate for use.

1. Please present the voucher from your booking along with the passport of the non-Japanese booking holder, and proceed to the designated station ticket machine to exchange for a physical ticket.

If the ticket machine is out of order or your passport doesn't have an IC chip, please go to the designated station's Green Window to exchange for a physical ticket.

3. Successfully redeem your physical ticket(s).

4. Collect reserved seat ticket: Please exchange your physical ticket for a reserved seat ticket at the green ticket machine before use.

※ If you want to reserve a designated seat after exchanging your ticket at a green machine, you'll need to perform another seat reservation operation on the green machine.
