From pickup to the water activities to drop off it was a superb time my partner and I had, we had a blast with the water activities it felt so quick because we were having so much fun and the people who assisted us was very friendly and funny. Great new experience overall! I loved the jet ski and sea walk I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for adventure and entertainment. Unfortunately, the banana and fly fish ride didn’t meet my expectations and I’d rate them 1/5.

This was my first time booking a ferry ticket from Bali to Gili Gili Trawangan on Trip.com. It was with WAHANA ferry company. After booking, a ferry representative contacted me quickly via WhatsApp to ask if I needed a transfer (for an additional fee). The ticket price on Trip.com was similar to booking directly on the ferry company's website. At the pier, I had to pay a port tax when checking in. The fare to Gili Trawangan was 30,000 Indonesian Rupiah per person. The entire process, from check-in to boarding, was very clear, with staff providing guidance. Bottled water was provided upon boarding, making for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use this service again next time.


