Reviews: Dracula's Castle, Peles Castle and Brasov Day Trip from Bucharest

My guide was Otilia. Time planning was great, we had sufficient time at all destinations and attractions on the journey. Otilia was a knowledgeable and passionate guide who really shared a lot of stories about Romanian history which I found very interesting myself. However, we were unable to enter Peles Castle unless we paid extra, close to 30 euros, which is too much.

We visited Bucharest in December, and a stop in Transylvania was a must. Our guide, Vlad, was exceptional! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything to us, from a historical and social perspective, all topped off with an excellent command of the Italian language. We really enjoyed our time there. Castle tickets are purchased separately; we only entered Peles Castle, which is truly spectacular. Bran Castle was less impressive, and outside there were only a few tourist stalls that didn't have much of a Christmassy feel. Downtown Brasilia was very beautiful!

Perfect! Gabriel is wonderful, attentive, and above all, patient. Some of our fellow tour members weren't very polite, but he handled it patiently and knew how to manage. Everything was explained very well. Wonderful!
