Our full-day car service is for up to 10 hours. Overtime charges are 50 CNY per hour for a 5-seater/7-seater vehicle and 80 CNY per hour for a 9-seater or larger vehicle. Due to the dual factors of Nan'ao Island's 5,000-vehicle entry limit and traffic congestion during major holidays like Lunar New Year, Labor Day, and National Day, all departures will be scheduled earlier. For shared transfers from Shantou, the assembly time is estimated between 6:00-7:00 AM, while from Chaozhou it's 5:30-6:30 AM. Early departure ensures early return – we appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Your driver will contact you before 10 PM the day prior to confirm the exact departure time. Please note our full-day service is limited to 10 hours. Overtime charges are 50 CNY per hour per vehicle (shared equally among passengers for shared transfers). Please pay overtime fees directly to the driver. Minor delays won't incur additional charges. During Lunar New Year, we prioritize 5-9-seater vehicles for convenience, avoiding larger buses due to island traffic restrictions. Drivers may be unable to provide guiding services or make unscheduled stops – we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
