How to use

1. Select the appropriate package and date and place the order. (If you have any needs that are not included in the package, you can also consult customer service for details after placing an order)

2. Customer service will proactively contact you after placing the order. Understand the shooting needs and arrange corresponding photography services

3. Communicate with the group about details, style, specific time, location, etc.

4. Shoot as scheduled and check the shooting results on the spot. If you are not satisfied, you can retake the photo.

5. Send the negatives on the same day or the next day and choose finishing

The finishing/MV/vlog will be delivered on the 6th and 7th to complete the service.

7. Regarding the difference between follow-up packages and expert photographers:

[Following Photography Package]: 3 years of photographer, 1 lens, lower budget, easy and pleasant shooting, large number of negatives, refined default documentary style - suitable for travel photography.

[Expert Photography Package]: Director/Chief Photographer, high-end SLR + 1-5 lenses, quality first, good at customized and stylized shooting, more refined.

8. Shooting night scenes requires additional fees. For details, please consult customer service after placing an order.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
