Next day of booking purchase, someone contacted me to schedule a car ride hotel pickup to mini bus in city center. Very easy process since she can communicate in english. When we reach city center, i join other visitors for a 1 hour bus ride to the park. Nobody will accompany inside the park. Can spend my own time there for at least 3-4hours. Entrance ticket provided earlier by the same lady via wechat. There is option to ride a shuttle inside the park for ¥10. Shuttle will drop at the end of the park. Its a hill. So you will see the animals while walking downhill. If you choose not to take the shuttle, you can walk uphill and downhill. Can be tiring in summer. There is a cafe inside but got limited choice of food. I prefer eat outside the park. Infront of the park have many food stalls.★

Professional tour mixed with other groups. We were 10 mins late but guide was patient and nice. Picked us up at our hotel even when it’s outside of the ring. Description as is, but note they will ask you for add-on options. Like cable car ride up to Lishan (complimentary if you buy the package) additional virtual reality tour (quite fun but costly). Might be better if you secure your own ride and get an official tour guide at the Terra-Cotta warrior museum itself.★

This half-day tour of the Terracotta Warriors was fantastic overall, a fulfilling and comfortable experience. Special praise goes to our guide, Ms. Xing Yajuan; she was incredibly thoughtful, professional, meticulous, and patient. Originally scheduled for 9:30 to 11:30, she led us for a full three hours, without any rush. She also made sure to check on everyone's needs, such as photo opportunities, restroom breaks, souvenir purchases, and whether we were pressed for time. Knowing that many of us dislike crowds, she would deliberately take us to less congested areas for explanations, making the experience clearer and more enjoyable.
Ms. Xing has an exceptional understanding of the details of the terracotta warriors, explaining everything from clothing, hairstyles, and expressions to weapons and formations in a vivid and insightful way. I learned a great deal and gained a deeper appreciation for the awe-inspiring nature of the Terracotta Warriors. I highly recommend Ms. Xing Yajuan; she is one of the best and most dedicated guides I've ever encountered on any tour.★

It was a great visit! The service was very nice and efficient. Our tour guide, Mr. Wang (David), picked us up at the hotel in the morning in a very pleasant car. He was a great tour guide. He gave us a lot of insight and even helped us to plan the rest of our trip in Xi'an. He is a really nice person and we very much enjoyed this day of touring with him
