1. You must bring valid identification such as an ID card or passport when entering or exiting the terminal.
2. When taking a sailing boat, it is recommended to dress casually. Female passengers should avoid wearing skirts or high heels to prevent falls.
3. Please take good care of your personal belongings to prevent loss or dropping; apply sun protection before sailing to avoid sunburn and redness for sensitive skin.
4. Not suitable for: seniors, children, pregnant women, those with heart disease or high blood pressure, excessive alcohol consumption, or severe seasickness.
5. Please follow the instructions of the captain, crew, and customer support when boarding the boat. Ensure you wear a life jacket properly and avoid any dangerous actions.
6. Please remember to bring your ID card and arrange your time properly to avoid delays in departure. In case of adverse weather conditions (typhoons, storms, etc.), maritime bans, force majeure events, routine vessel maintenance, or mechanical failures that cannot be repaired in time, which may result in cancellation of the trip, our company will notify travelers in advance to reschedule. 7) For group tours during the Lunar New Year period from January 30 to February 7, 2022, please call to confirm the cruise schedule before placing your order. Cruise availability is limited during the holiday season to avoid booking conflicts.
Note:
Please make a reservation by phone at least 1 day in advance, and at least 2 days in advance for national holidays.
When making a reservation, please provide your name, phone number, and the specific departure time. You will need to proceed to the yacht pier on your own. Maritime border reporting procedures are required for the departure, and your cooperation is appreciated to ensure a smooth sailing experience.
Before going out to sea, please prepare swimwear, sunscreen, towels, etc. on your own; be cautious at the dock and on the boat to avoid falling into the water.
Change & Cancellation Policy:
1. If the trip is canceled due to weather conditions before departure, passengers can choose to postpone, reschedule, or receive a full refund.
2. If you notify us more than 2 days before departure, cancellation is possible if there are available time slots.
3. During National Day, Lunar New Year, and other statutory holidays when resources are limited, refunds are generally not available within 1 day prior to departure after booking confirmation (except for cancellations due to weather conditions). For special circumstances, please contact the pier staff for assistance.
