The cultural part on the second half was excellent. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We found out the morning of the excursion that we had to take the ship’s shuttle to the United Nations Square and we would then be late arriving at Rick’s Cafe. The company sent a car to pick us up and take us to Rick’s Cafe. There were only 4 of us for the tour and the one couple left after an hour due to the rainy cold weather. We stayed and at the end of the tour our guide (Abo) took us to a restaurant so we could get lunch and ensured that we knew how to get back to the UN Square (7 minute walk) before he left us. In the future it may be better if the tour started at the UN Square for cruise passengers.★

Abdo was great, reached out right away after booking. Lots of aggressive operators at Casablanca airport. All looked legit though, glad I booked just 12 hours ahead and he got us to Fez 2 hours in front of our group. American Airlines put us 16 hours behind schedule. Safe, professional driver. I would repeat.
