What is included in the Explorer Pass?

With the Explorer Pass, you can choose 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 attractions from any of the attractions that are included in the package. You can plan your itinerary at your own pace and choose which attractions to visit as you go.

Which attractions in the Explorer Pass require reservations?

You can check whether reservations are required for the attractions included in the choose-your-own-adventure package by clicking on the link provided in the e-ticket. Any attraction marked "Reservation required" will require advance booking.

What is the validity period of the Explorer Pass?

The pass will be automatically activated upon entry to the first attraction. The pass is valid for 30 days from the activation date. For example, if you purchase a pass with 3 attractions and activate the pass by visiting the first attraction, you have 29 days remaining to use the pass for the other 2 attractions included in the package.

Can the Pass be refunded or changed?

You can get a full refund within 90 days of purchasing the pass if it has not been activated. Once the pass is activated, it cannot be refunded or modified. (PS: Activation refers to scanning the code at the entrance of the scenic area, not email activation)

Can I visit each attraction multiple times with the pass?

No, each attraction can only be visited once.

The two ways of using the All-Inclusive Pass are as follows:

1. Download the electronic voucher and present the QR code on the PDF for scanning.
2. Bind the official "Go City" app to your mobile device and present the QR code in the app for scanning at the attractions.

How to bind the Go City app on mobile devices?

Step 1: Download the "Go City" app from the app store.

Step 2: Enter the email address used for purchasing the Pass and activate it by clicking on "Your Personal Magic Link" on the first page of the PDF confirmation received via email.

Step 3: Enter the 10-digit Order number and bind it to the purchased email address in the app.
