What is included in the All-Inclusive Pass?
With the All-Inclusive pass, you can visit all the attractions, guided tours, and local experiences listed in the pass during its validity period.
Which attractions in the All-Inclusive Pass require reservations?
You can check whether reservations are required for the attractions included in the choose-your-own-adventure package by clicking on the link provided in the e-ticket. Any attraction marked "Reservation required" will require booking.
What is the validity period of the All-Inclusive Pass?
The pass will be activated upon entering the first attraction. It is strongly recommended to start using it in the morning because once activated, the validity period will be counted in consecutive days, not every 24 hours. For example, if you purchase a 3-day pass and activate it at 14:00 on June 1st, the pass will be valid until 24:00 on June 3rd, not until 14:00 on June 4th.
Can the All-Inclusive Pass be refunded or changed?
You can get a full refund within 90 days of purchasing the pass if it has not been activated. Once the pass is activated, it cannot be refunded or modified. (PS: Activation refers to scanning the code at the entrance of the scenic area, not email activation)
Can I visit each attraction multiple times with the pass?
No, each attraction can only be visited once.

The two ways of using the All-Inclusive Pass are as follows:
- Download the electronic voucher and present the QR code on the PDF for scanning.
- Bind the official "Go City" app to your mobile device and present the QR code in the app for scanning at the attractions.
How to sync the Go City pass on mobile devices?
Step 1: Download the "Go City" app from the app store.
Step 2: Enter the email address used for purchasing the Pass and activate it by clicking on "Your Personal Magic Link" on the first page of the PDF confirmation received via email.
Step 3: Enter the 10-digit Order number and bind it to the purchased email address in the app.
