How to use
Instructions for use How to activate
1. Please go to the pick-up point with the QR code in the order attachment to collect the SIM card
2. The SIM card must be registered and activated with real-name authentication on the passport when it is collected before it can be used.
3. The SIM card must be redeemed within 60 days from the date of purchase.
4. Each customer can only register a maximum of 3 Singapore prepaid SIM cards.
5. The person who registers the SIM card at the pick-up point must be 15 years old or above.
 
Set up Internet access
To access the Internet in countries/regions outside Singapore, please turn on the "Data Roaming" switch in the "Settings" of the mobile phone.
If you cannot access the Internet automatically, please set the APN to "hicard" and restart the phone.
Make calls and send text messages Make local calls: dial the number directly.
Make calls to Chinese mobile phones: dial +86 mobile phone numbers, such as +8613899998888.
Make calls to Chinese landlines: dial +86 area code (minus 0) landline number, such as +862152125215.
Check balance Dial *100# to check. For any consultation, you can call the official Singtel number 9676-7777 ext. 1
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

  • All hi!Tourist cards are valid for the period shown in the details and will become invalid after the expiration date.


  • Local and international calls are charged based on the call time.


  • In accordance with the principle of fair traffic, there is no restriction on linking Facebook, LINE, WeChat, and WhatsApp within 1GB.


  • Unlimited local calls/SMS, 3,000 minutes of local calls, 5,000 local SMS ($30 hi!Tourist SIM/$50 hi!Tourist SIM card valid for 28 days).


  • The $30 and $50 hi!Tourist SIM cards can be extended by recharging. The $30 hi!Tourist SIM/$50 hi!Tourist SIM card package is valid for 28 days.


  • Local and international calls are charged by the minute.


  • Once the order is paid, it cannot be refunded, changed or cancelled. Please pay attention to the package content before placing an order.


  • The SIM card needs to be activated within 2 months from the date of purchase.


  • Once you get the phone card, you need to register and activate it, otherwise the phone card will not be effective.


  • Effective 1 April 2014, each guest can only register 3 Singapore SIM cards.


  • The age of the phone card registrant must not be less than 15 years old.
