How to use
**Mandatory: ** You must exchange your online ticket for a physical Lisboa Card at one of the redemption points (see Additional Info for locations)

You may redeem your voucher for a card up to 28 days after the date you selected at checkout
The Ask Me Lisboa offices are closed on December 25th and January 1st
If you have purchased a guidebook, you can **only** pick it up at the Lisboa Story Centre (Praça do Comércio 78, 1100-148) – open from 10:00 – 18:00

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:58 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
