How to use

Know Before You Go

1. Follow the WeChat official account [iGO Travel], tap [Contact Customer Service] in the bottom left corner to get the museum admission ticket, and join the instructor's group chat one day before the trip.

2. You will need to queue for security checks. We recommend arriving at 9:30 AM for the morning session or 1:15 PM for the afternoon session. Present the e-ticket sent by customer service on your mobile device for entry. After entering the lobby, gather at the stone lion statue on the left side.

3. Front entrance navigation address: 51 Great Russell St, London WC1B 3BA (Note: Google Maps navigation to The British Museum will direct you to the back entrance where queues are longer and slower).

4. The morning session meeting time is 10:00 AM, with the lecture starting at 10:15 AM; the afternoon session meeting time is 1:45 PM, with the lecture starting at 1:55 PM. The lecturer will begin on time. If you arrive late, please find your group on your own. The lecturer will not be available to answer calls during the session. During peak season, expect to wait approximately 30 minutes to enter, so please arrive at the recommended time.

Product Description

1. Group size: Minimum 1 person per booking, maximum 16/25 people per group (if the group size is insufficient or full, we will contact you 1 day in advance for a refund or rescheduling);

2. Private tour group size: 1–15 guests. Please specify the number of guests when booking. Additional fees apply for exceeding the limit.

Visit Guide

1. During the visit, drinking colored beverages and eating are not allowed.

2. Comfortable shoes are recommended, and please do not touch the exhibits during the visit.

3. If any exhibition hall is temporarily closed, the guide will make appropriate adjustments and switch to another hall for the tour.

4. Only backpacks of regular size are allowed inside. Any wheeled luggage of any size is not permitted.

5. Large suitcases can be stored for a fee at small shops near the subway station or museum entrance.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
