If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to have been abandoned by you and no refund will be given. 2. During peak tourist seasons or other special circumstances, the departure time may be advanced or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the tour guide's notification). Please be prepared in advance.
3. Transportation, sightseeing, and duration of stays in the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather conditions), the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary based on the actual situation and with the guest's consent, without reducing the number of attractions in the itinerary.
Description of possible changes/cancellations of attractions on the day of the tour:
1. Due to unpredictable factors such as traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds, the arrival time of each tour is subject to change. Japanese law stipulates that drivers can work a maximum of 10 hours. To ensure driver safety and smooth operation, itineraries may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, including shortening or eliminating certain attractions. We sincerely hope that our passengers will understand and support these adjustments made while ensuring safety.
2. In the event of any of the aforementioned or other force majeure circumstances, no refunds will be provided. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause. This decision is made out of a sense of responsibility for the safety of our drivers and passengers, and to ensure the smooth operation of our entire team. Thank you for your understanding!
