The tour package included a winery visit on the return trip, but it didn't. The time was also shortened by an hour. We encountered traffic and asked the tour guide if we could rest and use the restroom, but he refused. His attitude was poor. The return trip, which had been delayed by two hours due to traffic, took three hours, and we didn't get to visit the winery.

The guide was very attentive and explained interesting facts about the city and its murals. Viña del Mar, on the other hand, enchants with its beaches, gardens, and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Pacific views. The tour is well-organized, with enough time to explore, take photos, and enjoy each stop. A complete and unforgettable day showcasing the best of the Chilean coast!
