We had a great private tour with our tour guide Jack! He was very friendly, calm and knew his way around well. He was also very clever in getting us in front of the lines every time especially in the Bailong elevator so we had the best view 😊

It was very beautiful and fantastic landscape. Glass bridge experience was very thrilling. Next time I will try bungee jumping. My guide planned very well, so very smooth trip. And he was kind and friendly. I recommend everyone this Zhangjiajie trip.

Everything you would want it to be and more! I knew nothing about Zhangjiajie, except that my daughter had learned about it in high school and wanted to go. So I booked this excursion blindly and it was fabulous! Wendy was our tour guide and she went above and beyond to make our day great. From hotel pickup to history, and culture of the National park she was right on point. The mountains were beautiful, the cable car was fun, and we had a great day. Wendy took the time to show us some sites that were off the beaten path and was so very patient with all of the pictures we took. She even recommended some things for our next day that was an amazing day as well. Hint: We went at the end of August and had no lines or crowds. We were told the weeks before were crazy crowded.

We spent excellent 2 days with our lovely tour guide Amanda! Thanks to her, we did not have to worry about tickets or which route/buses to take. She is from the region and was knowledgeable about the national parks. Also, our driver was careful, efficient and no problems with the transfers.

First of all, the tourist guide help us by arriving to the hotel one hour later than agreed. It is important to say that ask her to do it. So it important and meaningful for us that she help us with. She resolve faster at any time. It was perfect the trip. And it is 100% recommend tour. Her name is Arianna.
