[Renewal Instructions]
Renewal orders are only applicable to the device bound to the original order and do not support device replacement. If you need to replace the device, please do not purchase a renewal order.
When the eSIM data allowance of the original order is used up, you can click the "Renew" button on the original order page to purchase a renewal order. The renewed plan and validity period will be automatically added to the original order.
If the original eSIM was not removed from the device, there is no need to reinstall the eSIM; you can directly use the renewed data allowance.
[Rules for Activating Renewal Orders]
Your internet speed will decrease after your original data plan expires, but data renewal will automatically resume after the plan's coverage period ends. If you need to terminate your original data plan early and activate data renewal, please contact customer support.
[Disable roaming function for domestic SIM cards]
Before using an eSIM, please be sure to disable data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges by using your domestic SIM card's mobile network. You will be responsible for all related costs, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase fees, and transportation expenses, without additional compensation.
[Upholding the principle of fair use of the internet]
To maintain network connection quality and uphold the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies worldwide sometimes impose data rationing on customers who consume excessive amounts of data in a short period, which may result in internet access disruptions or slower speeds. To ensure a stable internet connection, please avoid prolonged video viewing/downloading, software updates, sharing your Wi-Fi hotspot with others, or other activities that consume large amounts of data.
