Host Introduction
Hello everyone, I'm Eatwith host Yin. As an experienced Chinese language teacher (fluent in English and Japanese) and a senior dim sum chef, I have a passion for delicious and exquisite Chinese pastries. I hope to utilize my expertise as a tea master by pairing fragrant Chinese tea with the dim sum we make and taste in my Chinese floral-decorated studio. Here, you can not only visit the new-style Shikumen alleys with old Shanghai charm and experience alley life, but also meet Chinese pastry enthusiasts from around the world.

Highlights
This course will teach you how to make 6 types of decorative steamed dumplings: cicada dumplings, plum blossom dumplings, cabbage dumplings, scalloped-edge dumplings, crown-top dumplings, and goldfish dumplings. Challenge your fingertip skills with these visually stunning and delicious decorative dumplings that are guaranteed to impress.

After completing the production, you can sample a Chinese tea recommended by Yin, learning basic knowledge about Chinese tea and floral art tips. We sincerely hope that all friends participating in Yin's workshop courses will not only have the opportunity to make and taste Chinese pastries with their own hands but also get to know friends from various regions and countries here.
