How to use

After booking, please board the boat at the Qiandao Lake Central Pier by presenting the name or phone number reserved in the booking.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. This itinerary only includes the luxury yacht fare. You need to purchase the general admission ticket to the Central Lake attraction at 130 CNY per person before departure (the boat captain can assist with the purchase).

2. If you have any discount-eligible IDs (such as student ID, senior citizen ID, disability certificate, or active military ID), please present them to the boat operator or the attraction ticket office before purchasing admission tickets to apply for discounted tickets.
