Local regulations: Passengers in Thailand must wear seatbelts when boarding a vehicle, or they will be fined heavily by traffic police. Sea trips are strictly for sightseeing and sightseeing only. If any of these individuals conceal their condition and participate in the tour, they will be held responsible for the consequences. The tour will be terminated without refund and the driver will be responsible for the cost of a taxi back to the hotel. For the safety of our children, please do not take any risks!
Consequences of lateness: If you fail to meet your driver in the hotel lobby on time and are late for the tour, no refund will be given. For tickets or spa treatments, if you are late for your own reasons, your service time will be shortened or you may be refused service, and no refund will be given. Be punctual, my friends! It saves money!
Emergency: If your driver is late or encounters an emergency during your trip, please contact our local Chinese customer service or online customer service immediately. If you contact us after the trip, you will not be eligible for compensation. Please contact us after your return. We hold service providers accountable like the FBI, so please contact us immediately!
