2. Visitors with the following conditions, as well as pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, those with limited mobility, and those who are intoxicated, are not allowed to participate in marine recreational activities: high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, diabetes, otitis media, eardrum perforation, epilepsy, infectious diseases, lumbar disc herniation, and other conditions.
3. Travelers with any medical conditions must promptly inform the guide or staff and should not conceal their illness. Otherwise, they will be responsible for any consequences that may arise.
4. Travelers must entrust their valuables to someone for safekeeping or store them in the company's lockers while enjoying the attractions to prevent loss. Otherwise, they will be responsible for any consequences.
5. Consciously dispose of fruit peels and waste in trash bins to maintain a clean environment.
6. Please store and properly keep your personal belongings (such as electronics, watches, glasses, and other valuables) before participating in the activities. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings during the experience.
7. It is strictly prohibited to approach or enter diving and swimming areas, or to leave the boat at sea. When operating a jet ski, chasing, playing, or performing dangerous actions are strictly prohibited.
8. During the ride on the dynamic flying boat, speedboating, glass boat, banana boat, or flying fish boat, it is prohibited to extend hands, feet, or any other body parts into the water.
9. When participating in the parasailing activity, travelers must board and disembark the boat with the assistance of staff members and are prohibited from boarding privately. During the boat's operation, travelers are not allowed to move around freely or touch the boat's lifting system.
10. Travelers must follow the instructions and arrangements of on-site staff when participating in activities.
