The seats on each ship are limited and are adjusted in real time. If the ship you selected is full or the time has changed, we will reschedule or refund you according to your choice when placing the order.
The ferry is wheelchair and stroller accessible
Your passport must be valid for at least six months at the time of travel and meet the entry or other requirements of the country you are visiting (Singapore and Indonesia)
Each passenger may check in luggage weighing no more than 20 kg. You must present your boarding pass and passport at the baggage drop-off counter at least 30 minutes in advance.
Each passenger may bring on board a carry-on baggage of no more than 10 kg (size: 55cm X 40cm X 20cm).
Passengers should ensure that they have sufficient time to complete boarding procedures. Batam Fast Ferry, Ctrip, Trip.com and their agents are not responsible for any passengers who are unable to board the ferry on time due to immigration issues or other reasons.
Passengers departing Changi Airport for international flights should ensure their return ferry from Batam arrives at least five hours before their flight departure time. Unexpected delays may occur due to inclement weather, security checks by local authorities, or any force majeure. Batam Fast Ferry, Ctrip, Trip.com, and their agents are not responsible for any delays caused by insufficient connecting time.
